At booking. Your card is charged online when you book, and the price is guaranteed for the scope you describe. If items or access turn out different on site, adjustments follow our Terms.

Same-day pickup is available in most cities when you book before 2PM EST; next-day is the standard everywhere we operate.

Not necessarily. Many pickups are completed from garages, porches, or with building access arranged at booking. In-home pickups need someone to let the Loader in.

Yes. Walk-ups, basements, and tight stairwells are part of the job. Standard stair access noted at booking is included in your quoted price.

A background-checked independent local Loader dispatched through the LoadUp platform, which has operated nationwide since 2014. You'll receive confirmation and updates by email and text.

Tipping is never required or expected. If a crew impresses you, tips are welcome and go entirely to the Loaders, but nothing about your service depends on it.

Yes — through the confirmation link in your booking email or by contacting support. Timing and any fees are governed by the Terms of Service; the earlier you change, the simpler it is.

Donatable couches are offered to local charity partners first. What can't be donated is routed to recycling where facilities allow, with licensed disposal as the last resort.

Hazardous materials and items outside furniture and household goods. If a couch has mold or pest issues, disclose it at booking — it changes handling, not necessarily eligibility.

Clean, intact, odor-free couches with working mechanisms generally qualify. Stains, rips, moisture damage, or pet odor usually disqualify — but booking donation pickup never wastes the trip: ineligible items are recycled or disposed of responsibly instead.
