Every review comes from a real pickup.

We don't pay for reviews, don't filter for positive ones, and don't hide the bad ones. Every customer with a verified pickup gets the same review request — and we publish what comes back.

Aggregate ratings are calculated from the full review set, not from a curated subset. The breakdown above shows the actual distribution.

  • Tied to a real booking ID. Every review is linked to a verified pickup; anonymous reviews don't count toward the aggregate.
  • Negative reviews stay up. 3-star and below reviews appear in the feed alongside positive ones. We don't hide them.
