The quoted price includes the Loader's labor, the truck and fuel, stair and walk-up access, disassembly tools, recycling and disposal fees, and donation routing when the item qualifies. No per-flight surcharges, no per-mile fees, no surprise on-site upcharges for the scope you book. The price you see at booking is the total.

Pricing varies slightly by metro because labor costs, fuel costs, and disposal-facility tipping fees vary regionally. Dense urban markets like New York, Boston, and Los Angeles run higher than national base; secondary markets and warm-climate suburban metros run closer to base. The price you see at booking is your ZIP-specific quote, not a national average.

Stairs and walk-ups are included when noted at booking. There are no per-flight surcharges. Second-floor bedrooms, basements, narrow stairwells, and tight hallways are part of standard service. If an item requires extraordinary access (a fifth-floor walk-up with no elevator, for example), that's still included.

Sectionals are priced as a separate category because they typically require disassembly and additional vehicle space. Multi-piece sectionals start at $150 with optional per-piece pricing for larger sets. Oversized standard couches (over 84″ or with extra-deep frames) may add a small surcharge that's calculated at booking — not added at pickup.

Pricing is the same whether the item gets donated, recycled, or sent to compliant disposal. The Loader routes based on condition. Donatable items go to local 501(c)(3) partners; worn items get sent for material recovery; only unsalvageable items go to disposal. The quote covers all three routing paths.

Payment is collected upfront at the time of booking. The card is charged immediately, before pickup is scheduled. No in-person charges, no surprise on-site upcharges for the scope you book. All major credit cards accepted. If we can't make the pickup for any reason on our end, you receive a full refund.
