Card charged at booking. No in-person charges, no surprise on-site upcharges for the scope you book, no surprise fees at the door. The price you saw online is the price you pay — and that's the only price you pay, regardless of how heavy the couch is or how many flights of stairs we have to navigate.

  • Full refund if we can't make the pickup

A Loader handles it.

An independent local Loader arrives in your scheduled window. They remove the couch from any room in your home — bedrooms, basements, walk-up apartments, narrow stairwells, alley access. Then they route the item through local partners for donation, recycling, or compliant disposal based on its condition.

  • Background-checked, insured Loaders — typically 200+ jobs of experience
  • Disassembly tools included for sectionals and oversized pieces
  • Donation-first routing whenever the item qualifies

The path depends on condition.

Every couch is evaluated at pickup and routed to the place that makes sense for its condition. Donation-first when the item qualifies; recycling when it doesn't; compliant disposal only when nothing else works.

DONATABLE

Donation pickup

Clean upholstery, intact frame, no major stains or pet damage, all original pieces. Donatable items are routed to local 501(c)(3) charity partners.

Two-sided marketplace, one customer experience.

The platform handles the things software is good at — booking, scheduling, payment, dispatch, customer support. Independent local Loaders handle the things humans are good at — lifting, driving, navigating stairs, knowing the local donation partners.

Online from start to finish

Pricing, booking, scheduling, payment — all online. No phone tag, no salespeople, no in-home estimates that turn into 90-minute visits. The whole transaction is shorter than the time it takes to drag a couch to the curb.

Upfront pricing, no upcharges

The price you see at booking is the price you pay. No "the truck was full" charges, no "extra-flight" fees, no "tipped the worker" pressure. Stairs, disassembly, distance, recycling fees — all included in the quote.

Donation routing built in

Donatable items go to local charity partners — Habitat ReStore, Salvation Army, Furniture Bank affiliates — by default. The Loader knows the local partners and their schedules; the customer doesn't have to coordinate anything.

Background-checked Loaders

Every Loader is screened, insured, and rated by past customers. Most have completed 200+ jobs through the platform before they reach your door. Customer reviews follow them and influence which jobs they're offered.

Three minutes to book. One day to done.

Pick your item, enter your ZIP, and a Loader handles the rest.
